Refunds and Exchanges:
1 - Faulty, wrong, or lost items:
To be eligible for a refund in the form of store credit, send us a clear photo of the defective/wrong item to email@example.com
Once your item's photo is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
2 - Any other reason:
To be eligible for a refund in the form of store credit, your item must be unused (unworn and unwashed) and in the same condition that you received it.
All final sale items are marked as such and cannot be returned for store credit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
